Tastety Good for the tummy
I love the taste of this fine fruit. I drink it in a smoothie that I mix with 500 ml of "flax milk", 30 g of non-denatured goat whey protein. Very yummy. I have tried with buttermilk too. I am not one for sweets, wood apple cream is not too sweet, just right.
